Introduction
This document explains how we handle your data and protect your privacy in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). First Day Advisory Group is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.
Personal data we process
We process personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Gender
- Address details
- Telephone number
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Citizen service number (in NL: BSN)
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
We only process sensitive personal data when necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation—for example bank account numbers, pension details and financial specifics. These data are deleted after processing.
Purposes for processing your personal data:
- Delivery of agreed services
- Providing support
- Processing your payment
- To call or email you when needed to perform our services
- To inform you about changes to our services and products
- We also process personal data when legally required to do so, such as data needed for tax filings.
How long we retain personal data
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Sharing personal data with third parties
We only share data with third parties when necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Cookies and similar technologies we use
Our website uses session cookies. These temporarily store your visit and are deleted when you close your browser. This type of cookie does not store personal information about you as a user.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by First Day Advisory Group. In addition, you have the right to data portability. This means you can request that we send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organization you specify. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@fdag.nl. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with your request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN), to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. First Day Advisory Group would also like to point out that you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
How we protect personal data
First Day Advisory Group takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.
